We're proud to share that Surya Ramaswamy, Senior Project Manager in , has been recognized with a 2025 Innovation Award for developing a cloud-based air dispersion modeling workflow that dramatically improves efficiency for air permitting projects.

By reimagining the traditional modeling process, Surya reduced model runtimes from approximately six weeks to just one, allowing project teams to evaluate more scenarios, respond to client needs faster, and streamline the permitting process.

's group recently gathered for a unique and educational beekeeping appreciation event, hosted by Gena Karpf at her home!

Team members had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the fascinating world of beekeeping, gaining insight into the dedication, expertise, and care required to maintain healthy hives. This event also highlighted the critical role bees and other pollinators play in supporting ecosystems, agriculture, and the environment.

Beyond the educational experience, the gathering gave colleagues a chance to connect outside the office, share conversations, and strengthen relationships while appreciating a hobby that makes a meaningful impact on the local community and environment.

' chapter recently sent seven young professionals, including two interns, to a regional networking event in Delmar Loop!

Hosted by several prominent professional organizations from across the St. Louis area, the event provided an excellent opportunity for our emerging professionals to connect with peers, expand their professional networks, and learn from others in the local business community.

In addition to building new relationships outside , the event also gave attendees a chance to strengthen connections with one another, fostering collaboration and camaraderie among the next generation of leaders within our organization.
