Hi everyone this is Tim
I always get alot of compliments on my tin work and body work just so you know I owe all the credit to God he gave me the ability to see things a d the ability to do it .
So with that said I want to give out a little secret of mine I figured out 25 years ago .how many of you make patters out of chip board / cardboard .and you cut & trim a 1000 times because you can not see behind it .
So here is the trick don't be a tight ass and go buy a 4x8 of .030 lexan and use it for the pattern .or old windows but the .030 is awesome to work with I have Shared this idea to a bunch of great fabricators that had never heard of it

NEW TRUCK heading to Wisconsin look at the driver jack with that big smile as they load it in trailer first time we did a truck chassis here at FLF we used a center section from the boys at pathfinder chassis thanks guys
