This former military Cold War era Hanger has undergone quite the transformation. After a full structural analysis, it was determined the frame was not up to modern code standards and an extensive renovation would need to be done. After we removed all the original paneling, roofing, secondary framing and bracing, we disassembled the frame and brought it home to our shop for sand blasting, a massive amount of structural upgrades and fabrication. Once complete we reassembled the building on its previous foundation with a fresh coat of paint, new paneling, bracing, liner panel, and a standing seam roof.

A Little progress update on this 66'x120' straight column building going up in Hiram we are doing. This Horse-riding arena offered a little bit of a challenge due to the tight and sloping build site... Hats off to all parties involved that have been on their game to get this done. Stay tuned for pictures of the finished product as this will be a sharp building once complete!

This Building is 50'x120' and 30' tall. Liner panel on the complete interior looks great! Start to finished, completed in just 3 weeks! Incase that large door half way up the wall makes you curious, the intended use for the building is a sawmill, and that is where finished material will exit the building.

We put a bow on the new fire department on North Haven Island a couple weeks ago. Proud to be trusted to be part of such an important building for the community out there. Island jobs offer another level of challenge you don't have on the mainland, but everyone involved was accommodating, helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Sometimes things happen... This Fire destroyed an important mechanical building for a customer of ours. They needed a new building, and they needed a new building fast. After a little modification to the existing foundation, Irishspan was able to get the new building we provided them erected in less than two weeks!

We recently put up this 50x90 in just over two weeks for a customer up in midcoast ME. Half machine shop, half storage units. The great thing about this building, is the supplemental income the storage units will provide. As the business grows, the storge units can be removed one bay at a time as space is needed. maximizing return on the building thought the growth!
