We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Welder to join our dynamic fabrication and manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise welding operations on various metal materials, adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Your expertise will ensure the integrity and durability of fabricated components used across construction, industrial, and manufacturing projects. Responsibilities

Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements and specifications
Perform welding operations using various techniques including MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), and stick welding, ensuring compliance with AWS (American Welding Society) standards
Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math to verify dimensions and tolerances for fabrication accuracy
Operate power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
Fabricate metal components for construction projects, ductwork, pipe threading, sheet metal fabrication, and mechanical assemblies in accordance with blueprints and schematics
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols, including rigging procedures and proper handling of metal materials
Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks, mechanical fabrication, and quality control inspections to meet project deadlines
Skills

Extensive construction site experience with knowledge of construction processes and safety protocols
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpreting mechanical blueprints
Strong mechanical knowledge including use of calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and shop math
Expertise in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, FCAW, SMAW, gas metal arc welding (GMAW), shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), and plasma cutting
Ability to operate fabrication machinery including press brakes and pipe threading equipment
Familiarity with ASME codes & standards as well as AWS standards for welding practices
Experience working with sheet metal fabrication, ductwork manufacturing, metal materials handling, and assembly processes
Knowledge of rigging procedures and the use of forklifts for material handling
Mechanical fabrication skills with an understanding of schematics and technical drawings for precise assembly

Job Summary

12+ months related experience and/or training (technical school) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Vocational technical school preferred.

Basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in all units of measure including whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
Ability to read a tape measure.

Machine Operator: Full-time

Position Summary: SD Industries, LLC manufactures steel products to meet the needs of our customers by using advanced technology and modern machinery. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, dependable team player who is interested in efficiently operating various pieces of production equipment in the manufacturing Industry.
In the last fifteen years, SD Industries has expanded into over 95,000 Sq. Ft. of manufacturing space with a new fiber optic laser, robotic welding equipment, rod bending and press brakes and other fabrication equipment.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Operates production machines and equipment within acceptable practice.
Meet established production standards.
Make machine set-ups as requested.
Measures and aligns materials to be used.

Position Summary: SD Industries, LLC (SDI) is an industry leading manufacturer of stainless-steel products for the swine industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for inside/outside sales to SDI customers and be driven by developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers.
Reporting Relationship: Sales Manager
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Offer and promote SDI products to our customers and dealers.
• Provide customers with quotes of SDI products and services.
• Visit customers and dealers to develop relationships and promote current and new SDI products.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote SDI products.
• Assist customer by communicating production timelines and tracking customer needs from initial call to delivery.

Qualifications:
