Pfeiffer left Ballard and reestablished CLC Engineering, LLC to once again service the civil and structural engineering needs of the high voltage industry. CLC Engineering offers services to this industry including but not limited to site preparation, grading, cut & fill, fence and gate drawings, below-grade grounding, shop fabrication drawings, physical substation layout and design, conduit, duct banks, manholes, control building design, overhead strike protection, development of bills of materials and outdoor lighting.
