10/30/2026

Finish the month winter-ready: service equipment, handle fuel and batteries properly, clear the yard, and store everything safely.

10/28/2026

Proper seasonal maintenance can save time, money, and frustration. Prepare equipment now so it is ready when the season changes again.

10/26/2026

Don't wait for an outage to make a generator plan. Choose a safe location and gather the correct cords now.

10/23/2026

Generator ready? Make sure you also have the proper heavy-duty, weatherproof extension cords on hand.

10/21/2026

Keep children and pets away whenever outdoor power equipment is operating. Safety starts with a clear work area.

10/19/2026

Before snow can hide yard hazards, remove sticks, debris, toys, and other objects from lawns and pathways.

10/16/2026

A clean, dry storage area helps protect outdoor power equipment. Keep winter tools sheltered but easy to reach.

10/14/2026

Before storing battery-powered equipment, remove and fully charge the batteries. Store them away from metal objects on a wood or plastic shelf.

10/12/2026

Adding stabilizer is only part of the process. Follow manufacturer guidance and run the equipment so treated fuel circulates through the system.

10/09/2026

Old fuel can cause problems next spring. Follow the owner's manual and use fuel stabilizer when recommended before storage.
