Every great motor starts like this. ⚡

This is the very first complete Ray Electric outboard being assembled right here in Virginia since the company moved from Florida. Built start to finish by our own team, on our own floor. Proud doesn't quite cover it.

Want to see the finished result in person? It's making its debut at the Annapolis Boat Show starting this Thursday. Come find us at the City Dock and see what these parts turn into. 🚤

Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸⚓

As boating season winds down, we're gearing up for what's next. We're honoring 2025 pricing through the rest of 2026! We are now taking pre-orders for motors arriving this fall.

Same reliable, American-made electric outboard we've built since 1973. Same quiet power on the water. Now built proudly in Virginia.

Lock in your price and reserve your motor before the new season rush. Find your local dealer on our website.

For several months, calls went unanswered and many of you wondered if Ray had shut down for good. We understand the worry…AND we’re happy to say the answer is no.

Ray Electric Outboards has new owners, and we’re proud to carry this 50-year American 🇺🇸 legacy forward. The phones are on, parts are shipping, service calls are booking, and we’re taking pre-orders on motors built the way Rays have always been built: to last.

The response since we took over has been incredible, and we’re working through a high volume of calls and emails. If you’ve reached out and haven’t heard back yet, hang with us. We see you, and we will get to you. Your patience means a lot while we get this ship back up to speed. ⚓

Thank you to every customer who stuck with Ray. The best is ahead.
