OUT & ABOUT WITH DAVID SWEARINGEN -- The Flash Today's favorite community photographer was at the Stephenville City Park recently and observed the annual pressure testing of Stephenville Fire Department's hoses. These hoses are pressure tested annually to make sure the hoses maintain their strength and to assure they are safe to use. The company performing this service is a company called Waterway Fire Hose & Ground Ladder Testing and they are located out of Aledo.
