Not all “red iron” is the same. Is the main framework rigid-frame, C-channel, or tubing? Each has vastly different strength ratings. For example, some companies coat C-channel with red oxide and call it “red iron,” but structurally it’s much weaker. A true rigid-frame system is engineered for long-term loads and safety.
