We're proud to share that Wilson & Company's work on the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Fixing Access to Rural Missouri (FARM) Bridge Program has earned a 2026 Prize Bridge Award from the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and the National Steel Bridge Alliance (NSBA), one of the steel bridge industry's highest honors. The award recognized the FARM Bridges Design/Build Bundle as the national winner in the Short Span category.

Working alongside Missouri Department of Transportation and our project partner Capital: Materials, Paving & Construction, Wilson & Company helped deliver 31 bridge replacements across 15 Missouri counties, improving safety, connectivity, and access for rural communities throughout the state. The program's innovative design-build approach and SDCL bridge methodology accelerated construction while creating durable infrastructure built to serve Missouri for generations.

This recognition reflects our long-standing partnership with MoDOT and our commitment to delivering infrastructure solutions that strengthen Missouri's transportation network and the communities that rely on it.

We celebrated Archaeology Week by highlighting one of Wilson & Company’s most fascinating disciplines, our archaeologists! 🏺

For Archaeology Week, our Phoenix office traded keyboards for clay and took a hands-on trip into the past.

Over a potluck lunch, archaeologist Lily Ewing shared insights into the fascinating world of archaeology and the important work of preserving cultural resources.

Then it was our turn to channel ancient artisans by creating our own clay vessels. Some were surprisingly practical, others a little more abstract, but all of them made us appreciate the creativity and craftsmanship of the people who came before us.

A fun way to learn, get creative, and connect with history as a team!
