Employee Appreciation Lunch 🌮👏

Today we hit pause on the machines and took time to celebrate the people who keep everything running every single day. We had a great lunch together in the shop, shared some laughs, and enjoyed a well-deserved break as a team.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Set up & operate Swiss-style CNC machines and CNC lathes
• Select cutting tools & optimize machining processes
• Improve efficiency and reduce cycle times
• Maintain high-quality production standards
• Troubleshoot machining issues
• CNC programming/editing is a BIG plus

✅ What We’re Looking For

• CNC Machinist experience required
• Swiss machine experience (Citizen preferred) or Fanuc controls
• Strong understanding of tooling, setups & prints
• Detail-oriented problem solver who loves precision
