We got a call from a couple enjoying their vacation to Eufala, however when they arrived to their campsite they saw one of their leaf spring brackets had broken in half.

We had traveled to Riverdale, GA, completed a job there and then drove down to Fort Gaines, GA on the edge of Lake Eufala to get them taken care of.

We fabricated a new leaf spring bracket on site, out of 1/4' plate. We bought a new bolt for the leaf spring as well. Once we we got there, we found the axle was shifted 1 1/2" out of alignment. We used a chain fall to get it back into place, and then continued to weld the new bracket in place.

Now they can make their way back safely to Valdosta, GA.

We traveled up North to do some work for one of our valued customers, Kendall Vegetation.

They had damaged the aluminum railing on the deck of one of their bucket trucks and needed it welded back on, as well as some work on a step ladder on the rear of the deck someone had attempted to repair.

We decided to cut the railing completely off so we could clean each weld area appropriately. Once we got the deck prepped, we prepped the railing and TIG welded it back on. We welded the inside and outside of the rail to prevent this from happening again.

Once the rail was completed, we moved on to the ladder. Someone had previously "tried" to weld it and didn't achieve any pe*******on on it. We cleaned/prepped the brackets, tacked them back on, then unbolted them from the bed to weld them out fully. The ladder and railing are ready for whatever they throw at it now!

Hughes Mobile Welding Services LLC has some big news (big news for us). We are proud to have had the opportunity to get approved as a government contractor!

We were tasked with welding (48) washers to the baseplates of (12) columns. All washers required a 1/4" fillet weld all the way around them. This wasn't the easiest task ever, as the back side had very little room to achieve the appropriate rod angle. Some of the columns also had very limited access due to the electrical conduit in front of them.

All welds were UT tested/visually inspected and passed inspection through and through!

Another job for the books, as we continue to grow and reach bigger clients!

Got a call from the Take-5 Car Wash in Brooksville, FL to repair a frame for a tire brush.
They had a car run off the track and break it at the weld joints.

We cleaned it up with the pressure washer on site, cleaned/prepped everything and TIG welded it back together. We gave it a few extra passes to ensure it was welded stronger than the original.

We've made a lot of things, but this is the first Czech Hedgehog we've ever made 🤣

One of our regular customers asked if we could fabricate one for him. He's big into military memorabilia.

These aren't "full size", but they are pretty close to original form. He found some galvanized I-Beam used for highway guard rails that we used to make them.

A gentleman from Coolidge reached out to us after finding us on Google, asking if we could repair the transom on his aluminum jon boat. This boat is 40+ years old and had some serious corrosion issues.

Instead of repairing each individual hole and corroded area, we opted to weld a sheet of 3/16" plate to the transom. This will ensure it has adequate strength to hold a larger outboard. The customer was also installing an aluminum drop in transom behind the rear plate.

This boat will be stronger than it ever was, for years to come!

Had a customer reach out to us in regards to fixing this AC condenser bracket for an old Camaro. Someone had obviously tried "welding" it; it just had gobs of unfused weld on it. The customer tried to JB weld it as well, but that never works...unfortunately.

We were able to get it cleaned and beveled and then secured it to our fixture table to keep it from moving. We welded multiple passes of 4043 filler rod. This part is ready for action again!

We got called to weld the cast aluminum clamps on this HDPE fusion machine. The operator tweaked them with a pipe in the clamps, and cracked the base of the clamps.

Cast aluminum can be tricky, but we always manage to get it done!

We had a customer reach out to us on Facebook, in regards to fixing some transom mounts for a pontoon boat.

The brackets were broken/split in several places, so instead of just welding them, we decided to cut off the old ones and fabricate new ones out of 3/16" aluminum plate. We used our press brake to make these (2) new ones, and then TIG welded them to the transom pod.

Now this customer will NEVER have to worry about these breaking again!
We believe in making things stronger than they came from the factory! If you need some aluminum welding done, don't hesitate to call us!
