Custom work platform built for a dozer. Fabricated an expanded metal deck and custom rail to make a sturdy, practical setup for the job.

The kids sure enjoy getting to sit in the equipment and see what Dad gets to work with!

Another custom fabrication project from Hale Metal Works LLC. ⛓️🔥

Custom fabrication for a local hauling customer.
Fabricated and installed custom chain storage pockets on their trailer, along with a build-up on a dozer blade mount to reinforce and restore the worn area.

Heavy-duty fabrication built for hard-working equipment. 🔥

2 of 4 complete. ✔️

These 10,000-gallon water tanks were fabricated for Knife River and will be used to store water for concrete production.

Halfway there. On to the next two.

A little time, a little tweaking, and a lot of learning. Getting the CNC table dialed in and having fun turning ideas into reality. More projects coming soon. 🔥

Help us settle a shop debate!

🌲Left: Raw steel
🌲Right: Ground finish

Freshly ground steel has a cool raw finish — just keep in mind it will naturally develop a patina/rust over time unless sealed.

Would you leave these as natural steel or would you like to see them painted? Let us know in the comments! 🤔
