Leading the Way on the Night Shift: Meet Kevin Cowles

At NY Creates, our success is powered by dedicated team members like Kevin Cowles, a highly skilled Cleanroom Production Technician (CPT).

Since joining in 2019, Kevin has grown into a trusted and dependable presence on the night shift. Known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever needed, Kevin plays a key role in helping his team stay on track and support one another through every shift.

Whether he’s stepping in to lend a hand, keeping things moving smoothly, or helping teammates tackle challenges, Kevin leads by example and shows what true teamwork looks like.

“I love being able to work with and help my coworkers inside of the fabs - that they are not alone on any given night, and that I will always be there and willing to provide assistance when it is needed so we can reach our team’s goals.”
