Residential mowing will not be done by Grit this year. We are very appreciative of those of you who have allowed us to mow for you in the past.

Everyone, Grit will not being offering mowing next season. We WILL finish out the season. We will continue to operate, just without that function. We are grateful for the customers and for the trust. We are placing our focus on other job types. Thank you!

For the Cavalier Sports Livestream, we are starting a new tradition. Each Home Game we will have a guest commentator that will consist of a former player or coach. We want to embrace the past and the present as we build for the future. We have our first guest booked and it will be a very fun livestream.

He’s played at the QB position, the RB position, and the DB position. He brought crowds to their feet many times in Football and Baseball. He has coached every sport he’s had the chance to in his adult life and uses his love of sports to stay connected to Crockett County’s Youth. Justin Mosier and I are looking forward to having him in the booth with us. Go Cavs.

It is the mission of the Cavalier Sports Live-stream to provide our community with an in your home solution to watch sporting events while promoting a positive and uplifting vibe. You will not hear us cast shade on any athlete, student, spectator, coach, administrator, educator, or anyone else. We will always speak positive of both teams just as we did last night.

Furthermore, technology has its limits, and anyone involved is doing so on a volunteer basis as a service to our community. We will never reach perfection, nor will anyone else. Crockett County High School along with Grit Lawn, Garden, Dirt, LLC has made investments the in equipment necessary to bring the sport event to you.

The setting up of equipment is not easy and prepping for every game take a collaboration of many people in the school system as well as the volunteers involved. I nor anyone else claims to have this all figured out. We learn more and more on every single livestream.

With all of this being said, I am asking the community to show this venture some Grace. We intend to make improvements one week at a time, but time will be required.

We very much appreciate all the supportive comments and actions. It means a lot to everyone involved. Most importantly, positivity impact the student athletes that we all want to see display their talents.

Make no mistake though, we will never stop lifting up and praising students and student athletes as well coaches for the work they put it. They deserve it.

Please, get on board with our mission and help us make it better. Thank you so much, and Go Cavs!

Big Day in Crockett County Tomorrow. Kids go back to school. Please join me in praying for the students, the teachers, the staff, the SRO’s, the School Boards, the funding Body’s, the Legislators, and our community.
