Please- make sure you do your maintenance THOROUGHLY! We recently brought in a clients machine for service. They claimed they just did a full “shaft-out” rebuild, which is similar to what we do in our remanufacturing process. The difference? Their work was limited to the crank case- they didn’t even open their separators! These elements are wear items- they need to be serviced and periodically replaced- otherwise they will crumble and send fragments into your drains, often marring the surface on the drain pistons.

Last week Compressed Air Partners had the pleasure of serving several clients in Washington, USA. We installed a long term lease of a large industrial machine for the worlds largest gas supply company, provided service and consulting for a manufacturer of automotive crash test sleds, and had the opportunity to meet the folks behind a staple of the Paintball industry, who have operated for over 2 decades and will hopefully keep us in mind for their future air needs.
