Exactly one week ago today — and with much better weather — ARDL wrapped up Spirit Week with our annual Spirit Day celebration.

From Charlie Browns Catering and Pav’s Creamery Ice Cream Truck to remarks from President Toby Samples and our annual co****le tournament, the day was filled with great food, friendly competition, and plenty of team spirit.

Earlier this week, ARDL was honored to welcome the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Ohio to our Barberton campus as the Flame of Hope made its way across Northeast Ohio. 🔥💙

We’re especially proud that ARDL’s own Nate Samples helped carry the torch as part of this incredible mission supporting Special Olympics athletes across Ohio.

The Torch Run is more than a relay — it’s a symbol of inclusion, determination, community, and support for athletes who continue to inspire us all. Those values align closely with what we believe at ARDL: supporting our communities, lifting others up, and making a positive impact beyond the lab.

Thank you to all ARDL employees who supported the event, signed the Special Olympics flag, and took time out of their day to witness the Flame of Hope in action!
