Dear Community,
A&A Equipment Repair is proud of the work we do. The situation with Mr Wagner, that was posted by Mr Wagner earlier today on social media, is unfortunate.
Mr Wagner picked up his machine Feb 19. Mr Wagner failed to mention in his social media comments that we offered a 25% discount - bringing his bill to $5,714.28. Mr Wagner gave us a check for $4500.00. He never paid the invoice he showed.
We will also note that Mr Wagner posted the machine on Facebook for purchase after picking up the machine. He listed the machine sold on March 11, 2026.
Mr Wagner did not message again until March 25, Mr Wagner sent us a text message saying the machine was smoking at start up and under a heavy load, Dave told him to bring it in and he would do testing on it to diagnose and resolve the problem if there was one.
Mr Wagner chose not to bring it back for Dave to test the machine. Instead, Mr Wagner took it to a third party. He made the decision to not return it to A&A for evaluation and warranty work. Mr Wagner decided to remove the engine and evaluate it himself.
A&A Equipment Repair technicians have over 70 years of experience working on equipment. We look forward to serving the community in which we live.
Dave and Amy
