It’s been awhile since we’ve last communicated what’s new at The Finishing Company! We have just completed consolidating our Elk Grove facility (Jet Finishers brand) into our Addison location. We now have three automatic powdercoating lines plus one wet paint line. Both our powder and wet platforms offer batch painting services. We also moved our silk screening and masking operations to Addison. We now offer masking, painting, and screening in one location!
One of our strategic initiatives was to be able to process heavy parts for powdercoating, on a single conveyor paint line. We have accomplished our goal! We now have the ability to hang and process part weights up to 200 pounds per foot. This presents a considerable cost savings compared to having to paint parts in a batch operation.
