At the current time, Stuever and Sons is recommending a final cleaning and blow the system empty. Glycol units and air systems should be shut down.
As we handle a large number of accounts, we may not be able to clean your system the first day of reopening.
This will ensure your system is ready to serve the public as soon as you are able. Leaving beer in your system with no movement may cause future problems including beer spoilage and vinyl permination. Especially if this lasts longer than 2 weeks.
If you have green beer for St Patty's day, please do not tap that product. It will be detrimental to your system to leave that product in the line.
In our 70+ years in business, we have never faced a situation like this. Our goal is to make sure our clients come out of this ready to open their doors and serve a quality product.
We will reach out to as many of you as we can.
If you would like this done and we have not called, please reach out.

Be safe everyone. Best of luck to all in this troubling time.
