American Flagpole embraces a full Quality Assurance System that begins with exacting raw material specifications. Aluminum shafts are constructed of seamless 6063-T4 temper aluminum alloy conforming to ASTM B221. Required welding is performed by AWS certified welders to AWS Specification D.1.1 standards, and all flagpole shafts are heat treated to a full T6 temper. In addition, all component parts follow a strict standard inspection process, ensuring a level of quality only available with American Flagpole.
