Earthwork Takeoff Specialists We use the grading plan and existing survey to build models using Agtek. We apply the existing demolition and stripping depths.

We work from either a set of pdfs, or CAD files to produce the models. This typically includes demolition of existing structures, buildings, concrete, asphalt and landscaping. We apply the material surfaces to the design. This, generally, includes buildings, paving, sidewalks and planting. If we are addressing vaults, then we address the excavation to dig out the pit and back-fill over the top of

the structure. There are exceptions to the normal takeoff that can be picked up if requested. This includes bore logs, phasing, alternates, addendums, footing excavation, shrink and swell and balancing the site. We produce a comprehensive package for every project. The client receives a volumes report, 3-d color graphics, plan view elevations, surface maps and a streamlined cover letter.
