• Material – carbon steel, 3 mm thickness
• Height – 250 mm
• Polyurethane flaps – 2 mm

This unit was designed and fabricated using our proprietary technology to ensure reliable and dust-free operation during grain unloading 💪🇺🇦.

Today was an incredibly full and productive day for the AB Technologies team at MSV 2025 in Brno 🇨🇿
This isn’t just our participation — it’s a strategic step toward the European market. We are showcasing our core developments — Ukrainian-made dust collectors — and are thrilled to see strong interest in our products.

We were honored by the visit of the Ambassador of Ukraine to the Czech Republic, Vasyl Zvarych, to our booth. His support and attention to Ukrainian business on the international stage is invaluable.

For our high-temperature flue-gas filtration line, we’ve finished insulation and galvanized casing of the heavy-duty ductwork set — and carefully packed each module for safe transport. 🇺🇦

What’s inside the package 👇
• 6 mm duct and fittings, 8 mm flanges
• 100 mm lamella mineral wool insulation
• 0.7 mm galvanized steel casing with high-temp protective coating
• Zone dampers and shaped pieces with precise geometry
• Palletized bases, wooden cradles, shrink-wrap and transport strapping

Why it matters 🔧
• Lower heat losses and stable gas temperature to the filter
• Safer operation and longer component life
• Faster on-site assembly thanks to factory insulation and pre-finishing

🔥 Getting Ready for Insulation and Casing of Ducts for Furnace Gas Filtration!

We’ve completed fabrication of the duct and fitting set for the high-temperature flue gas filtration system. The next stage — insulation and galvanized casing — will be performed directly at our manufacturing facility.

📦 Technical details:
– Duct and fittings wall thickness: 6 mm
– Fl**ge thickness: 8 mm

🧱 Insulation set includes:
– Lamella mat (thickness: 100 mm)
– Galvanized steel sheet (thickness: 0.7 mm)
– Full mounting kit
– In-house insulation and casing works

🎨 The galvanized casing will be coated with a high-temperature paint for long-term protection under harsh gas conditions.

Step by step, we move toward a reliable and efficient gas filtration system for our client’s furnace operation.
