📌Ми ж говорили, що намагаємося спілкуватися з молоддю за кожної нагоди? Бо надихати майбутнє покоління – не менш важливо, ніж реалізовувати проєкти для країни.
Нещодавно Olena Rybak долучилася до зустрічі з учасниками онлайн-школи енергоефективності НН інститут атомної та теплової енергетики КПІ ім. Ігоря Сікорського для школярів 10–11 класів.
✔️Головні тези виступу Олени:
🔹«Основне питання, з яким раджу вам йти далі, – «Яким я хочу бути, щоб стати найкращою версією себе?». Від цієї внутрішньої відповіді варто будувати свій професійний шлях.
Справжній сенс з'являється тоді, коли людина знаходить справу, в якій вона на своєму місці, надихається тим, що робить, і може розкривати себе через роботу, а не просто виконувати її».
🔹«Вплив кожної окремої людини важливий.
Це як з енергоефективністю: окремо взята дія здається незначною. Але коли вони поєднуються, результат виходить вражаючий. Саме тому ваш вплив – у масштабах країни, вашого власного життя і всесвіту загалом – набагато більший, ніж часом здається».
🔹«У щоденній метушні складається враження, що відомі люди – президенти, політики, керівники глобальних корпорацій – десь дуже далеко. Насправді вони набагато ближчі, ніж нам здається. Зрозуміло, що успішні особистості не народилися такими: вони теж колись сиділи за шкільною партою, сумнівалися, пробували щось нове. І теж боялися йти вперед. Але боялися трошки менше, ніж інші».
🔹«Теорія шести рукостискань – через шість людей ви можете дістатися до будь-якої людини у світі.
І якщо про це пам'ятати, то можна зовсім по-іншому оцінювати те, як саме ви здатні впливати на світ і що можете робити вже сьогодні – з тими ресурсами, які вже є у вас зараз».
🔹«Дуже багато років технічні та інженерні професії, на жаль, в Україні були надзвичайно недооцінені. Сьогодні на ринку праці я постійно бачу результати цього підходу.
Думаю, дефіцит кадрів ми будемо відчувати ще не одне десятиліття. Тому сектор відбудови потребує вас – майбутніх інженерів і технарів. Особливо тих, хто з натхненням прийде працювати. Роботи точно вистачить на найближчі кілька десятків років».

Recently, Olena Rybak joined a meeting with participants of the Online Energy Efficiency School for 10th–11th grade students organized by the Educational and Scientific Institute of Nuclear and Thermal Energy (NN IATE), Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

🔹“The main question I encourage you to ask yourself is: ‘What kind of person I want to become in order to be the best version of myself?’. Your professional path should be guided depending on the answer. True purpose appears when people find a job where they belong, feel inspired by what they do, and are able to express themselves through their work rather than simply perform it.”
🔹“The impact of every individual matters. It is similar to energy efficiency: one action on its own may seem insignificant. But when these actions are combined, the result becomes truly impressive. That is why your influence — on the scale of the country, your own life, and the world in general — is far greater than it may sometimes seem.”
🔹“In the rush of everyday life, it may feel as though well-known people — presidents, politicians, leaders of global corporations — exist somewhere very far away. In reality, they are much closer than we think. Successful individuals were not born that way: they too once sat at school desks, doubted themselves, and tried new things. They were also afraid to move forward. They were simply a little less afraid than others.”
🔹“The theory of six handshakes suggests that through six people, you can reach anyone in the world. And if you keep this in mind, you begin to see very differently how you are capable of influencing the world and what you can already do today — with the resources you already have right now.”
🔹“For many years, technical and engineering professions in Ukraine were, unfortunately, significantly undervalued. Today, in the labor market, I constantly see the consequences of this approach.
I believe we will continue to feel the shortage of specialists for decades to come. That is why the reconstruction sector needs you — future engineers and technical experts. Especially those who will come into the field with genuine inspiration. There will certainly be enough work for the next several decades.”
