雲林檢警追查麥寮土尾業者遭強收保護費案，偵查終結起訴26人，主嫌、現任麥寮鄉民代表會主席韓青山被控自2022年起以服務處為據點，號召多人組成暴力犯罪組織，要求業者每天繳「照水費」、「洗路費」，不從就圍場、攔車、拔怪手鑰匙，8家業者共被索取112萬7千元。檢方另查出韓青山涉不實發票逃漏稅，金額逾3300萬元，並具體求刑20年。
