【中鼎楊宗興董事長主持中國工程師學會115聯合年會🎊】
期盼更多年輕世代投入工程領域提升國家競爭力💪
中國工程師學會 暨各專門工程學會115年度聯合年會於6月5日假高雄中鋼大禮堂隆重舉行,吸引近五百位產官學研代表共襄盛舉。賴清德總統特致賀電表達肯定和支持,並於會前接見本年度獲獎人,展現政府對工程發展及人才培育的高度重視。行政院公共工程委員會副主委李怡德應邀出席盛會致詞,並頒獎表揚於工程領域具傑出成果與專業貢獻之優秀人士。
中國工程師學會成立於民國元年,是台灣最大也是歷史最悠久的工程學會。中鼎楊宗興董事長擔任本(75)屆理事長,品牌管理部胡美貞經理擔任秘書長。本次年會以「 #戰勝試煉, #成就韌性」為主題🌟,聚焦數位科技、低碳轉型與永續創新,呼應全球工程產業面對氣候變遷與能源轉型的趨勢。
楊宗興理事長致詞時表示,工程建設是國家發展的重要基石,面對氣候變遷與數位浪潮挑戰,工程人肩負推動社會進步與國家永續發展的使命。他也指出,台灣半導體產業蓬勃發展,期盼更多年輕世代投入工程領域🙌,透過跨世代人才合作強化產業韌性與國家競爭力。

【CTCI Chairman Yang Chairs the 115th Joint Annual Conference of the Chinese Institute of Engineers🎊】Calling for Greater Youth Participation in Engineering to Enhance National Competitiveness💪
The 115th Joint Annual Conference of the Chinese Institute of Engineers and affiliated professional engineering societies was grandly held on June 5 at the China Steel Corporation Auditorium in Kaohsiung, attracting nearly 500 representatives from industry, government, academia, and research to participate.
President Lai Ching-te sent a congratulatory message expressing recognition and support, and also received this year’s award recipients prior to the event, demonstrating the government’s strong commitment to engineering development and talent cultivation. Lee Yi-De, Deputy Minister of the Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan, was invited to deliver remarks at the event and present awards to distinguished professionals recognized for outstanding achievements and contributions in the engineering field.
As Taiwan’s largest engineering association, the Chinese Institute of Engineers is chaired this year by Michael Yang, Chairman of CTCI Group, with Mei-Chen Hu, General Manager of CTCI’s Brand Management Division, serving as Secretary-General. Founded in 1912, the Chinese Institute of Engineers is the oldest engineering society in Taiwan.
This year’s conference, themed “Overcoming Trials, Building Resilience,” focused on digital technology, low-carbon transition, and sustainable innovation, reflecting global trends in addressing climate change and energy transformation within the engineering industry🌟. In his remarks, President Yang stated that engineering infrastructure forms a cornerstone of national development.
In the face of climate change and the rise of digital transformation, engineering professionals carry the mission of advancing social progress and national sustainability. He also noted the rapid growth of Taiwan’s semiconductor industry and expressed hope that more young generations will join the engineering field, strengthening industrial resilience and national competitiveness through 🙌 cross-generational collaboration.
