無法倒角時，CNC 去毛邊怎麼做？
在 CNC 加工中，有些零件因為設計限制，無法倒角，但加工後還是會有毛邊。
這種情況其實很常見。
如果改用人工處理，效率不高，品質也不容易穩定。
實務上，會直接在 CNC 製程中導入
圓盤刷（disc brush） 來做去毛邊。
常見效果：
• 去除加工毛邊
• 邊緣平順，不影響尺寸與公差
• 表面品質可改善（基本拋光）
適用情況：
無法倒角的零件／精密小毛邊／需要控尺寸的工件
簡單講，
不能倒角，不代表毛邊處理不了。
用對方式，一樣可以把品質顧住。

In short,
not being able to chamfer doesn’t mean burrs can’t be handled.
