1991年成立瑩瞬機械工業股份有限公司，同時間推出YSM-15/16系列
1993年將產品正式銷售至海外工業化國家。
1996年開發YSM-18系列。
1999年申請專利銑床頭快速換檔裝置(第88215880號)
2000年開發YSM-860系列。
2001年於大陸成立旺瞬精密機械製造有限公司，員工人數達100人。
2006年YSM-16系列銷售量達3600台，全系列機種銷量達5000台
2011年開發YSM-26
SHB機型。
2015年於台中后里區購買土地用於建設新廠
2016年遷廠至台中后里區

1993-Sold official products to industrialized countries overseas.
1996-YSM-18 series were developed.
1999-Milling heads quickly shift device patent (no.88215880)
2000-YSM-860 series were developed
2001-Established WANG SHUN PRECISION MACHINERY CO., LTD. in China
2006-YSM-16 series were sold out 3600 units, all series were sold out 5000 units
