當水箱中油水被輸送通過浮動的抽吸單元和油水供給幫浦，以KN-I型分離器流入迅速分離成三個階段（油，水和固體），小分子凝結成大分子上浮後除油，懸浮粒子撞擊通過T.P.M模組-油分子凝聚介質集中板，提供配有分離微小油滴聚結盡可能地高表面積。凝聚集中越來越大，因此油分子上升到表面，並通過隔離以重力排出。處理後的水（清潔）流到排出槽以自然物理排放。沉重的固體顆粒懸浮在流入槽先安頓下來，然後在分離槽因表面積增大與傾斜角度，有利懸浮粒子快速沉降，在湍急的水流中去除機械或暫時分散油水，分離時間及程序較短，極具高效率。固體污泥雜質沉降在槽體底部應定期清理。
