SAS 在業界擁有豐富的經驗與檢測設備，品質一直是 SAS 最在意的，因此 SAS 早在 2004 年即通過 ISO 9001 的品質認證並積極地朝著 TS-16949（全球汽車產業品質管理）的目標前進。
About us
SAS is located in Taiwan since year 1985 which has the rubber factory, forging factory, and trading department. We have over 30 years well experience in developing and manufacturing the customizing rubber part, rubber-metal bushing, and track control arm for the automotive suspension system.
Our core value is providing our customers the products with “High Quality”, “High Safety”, “High Persistence” and “High C/P value”.
We have over 20 years’ experience selling the products to European and USA markets and get the full support and affirmation from our customers.

We have the ability of mold design and development. To control the quality, we use the optical microscopy to check the material and parts. We do the T4/T6 heat treatment in house and using magnetic particle flaw detectors and ultrasonic flaw detector to do the crack control. By that, we can totally control the quality of our control arm, bushing and engine mounts to provide the best products to our customers.
Complete and rigorous inspection process
“Quality” is our top concern. SAS has the well manufacturing and selling experience and also has the full range of the test equipment from the material incoming till the final inspection before shipping. We own the ISO 9001 certificate in year 2004 and plan to get the TS 16949 in the coming future.
