映興電子於臺灣證券交易所及證券櫃檯買賣中心共同辦理之「第12屆（2025年度）公司治理評鑑」中，評鑑結果連跨2級進入 [級距：21%至35%] ，展現永續治理承諾。
公司治理評鑑制度透過指標化評量，涵蓋「維護股東權益」、「平等對待股東」、「強化董事會結構與運作」、「提升資訊透明度」以及「落實企業永續發展」等五大面向，旨在提升我國資本市場治理品質。
映興電子長期致力於落實誠信經營，積極精進董事會職能、優化資訊揭露品質並落實各項風險管理與內控制度。本次評鑑結果反映了公司在完善治理架構與追求永續發展上的持續努力。
這是一個極具挑戰性的目標，達成過程非常不容易。感謝所有同仁在各自崗位上的堅持與對細節的追求，因為大家的齊心協力，才讓公司的管理品質更上一層樓，在追求卓越治理的路上穩步前行。

感謝同仁每年支持參加拓凱基金會主辦的台灣中部海岸線的淨灘活動，今年2026年共計36家企業總約將近1,000人參與活動，公司的同仁帶眷屬合計20位一同參加今日的風和日麗2026擁抱海洋的淨灘活動並共同清理超過1噸的海洋廢棄物。
