PMC 精機中心這週刊出了 AMTEX 台灣館開幕論壇的完整報導。
看到文章，又想到那天在台上的一段對話。
當時奕達和幾家台灣工具機同業一起參與論壇，旁邊坐的是印度 Cosmos 集團。聊到印度製造業現在面對的問題，他們說得很直接：
訂單有，但人不夠；市場在成長，但產能跟不上；很多關鍵零組件，還是高度依賴進口。
其實聽起來很熟悉。
師傅越來越難找、訂單越做越大、設備又不能停，這些問題台灣製造業也走過，而且到今天都還在面對。
所以輪到我們分享時，我們談的不是「AI 有多厲害」，而是它到底能幫工廠解決什麼。
例如，讓機台透過感測器持續掌握自己的狀態，在異常真正變成停機之前，就先把問題說出來。
能源這件事也一樣。很多老闆看得到每個月的總電費，卻看不到錢是哪幾台機器、在哪個時段、用什麼狀態燒掉的。我們開發 Ingenious EcoPulse 奕達能源管家，就是想把這件事變簡單。
我們一直相信，數位化不應該只是多一個漂亮的 Dashboard，而是真的讓現場少一點依賴經驗、多一點可以立即採取行動的資訊。
而台灣工具機產業另一個很大的優勢，就是機台、夾治具零組件、控制器、感測、自動化到軟體，很多夥伴都在同一個產業聚落裡。當客戶真的有需求時，我們可以很快把不同技術整合起來。
這次去印度，我們更確定了一件事：很多台灣製造業累積二、三十年的經驗，放到正在快速成長的印度市場，其實很有價值。

PMC, Taiwan's Precision Machinery Research and Development Center, published its full recap of the AMTEX 2026 Taiwan Pavilion opening forum this week.
Reading it brought back one conversation from that stage.
Ingenious Machinery joined several fellow Taiwanese machine tool builders on the panel, alongside India's Cosmos Group. Their read on Indian manufacturing was refreshingly direct: orders are there, but skilled people are not. The market is growing, but capacity can't keep up. And most core components still come from overseas.
It all sounded familiar.
Hard-to-find technicians, growing order books, machines that can't afford to stop. Taiwan's manufacturers have lived through the same challenges, and honestly, we still face some of them today.
So when it was our turn to speak, we didn't talk about how impressive AI is. We talked about what it actually solves on a factory floor.
One example: machines that monitor their own condition through sensors and speak up before an anomaly becomes downtime.
Energy is the same story. Most factory owners see one number at the end of the month: the total bill. What they can't see is which machines, at which hours, in which operating states are burning that money. That's what we built EcoPulse to make simple.
We've always believed digitalization shouldn't just mean another good-looking dashboard. It should mean less reliance on tribal knowledge and more information the floor can act on right now.
Taiwan's machine tool industry has another advantage here. Machine builders, controls, sensing, automation and software partners all sit within the same industrial cluster, so when a customer needs it, we can bring different technologies together fast.
That trip to India confirmed something for us: the twenty to thirty years of experience Taiwan's manufacturers have accumulated is genuinely valuable to a market growing this fast.
