同樣是 Y 軸，做法卻天差地遠

車銑複合機上的 Y 軸，主要有兩種：
​
→ 虛擬（斜角）Y 軸：軌道斜著走（約 30°～45°），力流路徑短、機台緊湊、性價比高，中重切削也吃得下。
​
→ 正交 Y 軸：老老實實的 90° 垂直軸，XYZ 完全獨立，精度最純粹、最適合 AI 補償與長時間無人化。
​
一個「斜著借力」，一個「直上直下」
沒有誰比較好，只有適不適合。
​
​
但說到底，真正的競爭力從來不是看 Y 軸是哪一種，而是整體加工能力：力流設計、熱穩定、誤差補償、AI 整合、自動化。

On a turn-mill machine, "having a Y-axis" isn't the interesting part anymore. How that Y-axis is built is what actually shapes your results.
​
→ Virtual (Angle) Y-axis — the slide runs at 30°–45°. Short force path, compact footprint, strong rigidity, excellent value. A pragmatic fit for mid-to-high-end turn-mill work.
​
→ Orthogonal Y-axis — a true 90° vertical axis with fully independent XYZ. Cleanest geometry, simplest thermal model, and naturally aligned with AI compensation and lights-out production. The go-to for semiconductor, aerospace, and medical.
​
One borrows motion at an angle. The other goes straight up and down.
Neither is "better." There's only fit. And the real competitiveness was never the Y-axis type alone — it's total machining capability: force-flow design, thermal stability, error compensation, AI integration, automation.

碳費 2026 年 5 月開徵了，但你的客戶可能比政府更早來敲門。
​
你可能會說：「我們工廠一年排碳沒超過 2.5 萬公噸，碳費跟我無關。」
​
你只對了一半。
​
對的是：環境部首波徵收只鎖定 464 家工廠，多半是電力、鋼鐵、水泥等大廠。
​
不對的是：那些大廠是你的客戶的客戶。歐盟 CBAM 從今年 1 月正式上路，台塑、中鋼、台積電及眾多上市上櫃公司都早已開始計算自己的碳排，而他們要的碳足跡資料，最後會一路傳遞到供應鏈下游 ，也就是中小型工廠手上。
​
一句話：你客戶被催繳碳費的同一天，他們就會打電話問你「每加工一個零件用了多少電？排了多少碳？」
​
這就是「奕達能源管家」要解決的問題。
​
每台 CNC 機台接一個電表，即時看用電（kWh）、碳排（kg CO₂）、預估電費。整廠數據可匯出成 PDF / Excel 報表，交給上游廠商、對接國際驗證單位都用得上。
​
不上雲端、不用網路、資料留在廠內。 一個畫面看完整廠用電狀況，設定簡單，完全不用學新系統。
​
我們發現，很多中小工廠不是不想做，而是真的不知道從哪開始。你現在直接叫工廠做完整碳盤查、導 ERP、建 ESG 系統，坦白講，大部分人只會先頭痛。但你至少可以先做一件事，先「知道自己電用在哪？」

老實說，現在同業還沒幾家在動。等到 2027、2028 年大家都被客戶催著做的時候，你已經跑在前面了。

春暖花開的季節，又迎來了清明與兒童節連假。清明節祭祖、兒童節陪玩，這個連假我們兩邊都要顧。

每到展覽，總有學生跑來奕達的攤位前興奮地喊，奕達精機耶！

今年的 TMTS 展位少了我們的身影，但心裡最懷念的，其實是那群穿著校服的年輕學子。對他們來說，我們的機台，不只是冷冰冰的教具，更是陪他們熬過無數實習課、拼過證照和競賽的戰友。
​
因為品質夠穩，讓孩子們在手心冒汗的考場裡，能有一份安心進刀的勇氣。
​
雖然今年沒能見面，但想到 ML-560 依然在職訓中心、校園裡，穩穩地撐著大家的職人夢，這份信任，就是我們堅持品質最好的回報。

At every exhibition, we always hear students rushing to our booth, shouting excitedly: "Hey, it’s YDPM!"

While Inegnious (YDPM) isn't at TMTS this year, what we miss most is seeing those young students in their school uniforms. For them, our machines are more than just cold equipment, they are "comrades" who have stood by them through endless workshop hours and grueling certification exams.
​
Because our quality is rock-solid, it gives these kids the courage to make that perfect cut, even when their palms are sweating under the pressure of the exam room.
​
Though we won’t meet in person this year, knowing that the ML-560 is still in vocational centers and classrooms, steadily supporting their craftsmanship dreams—this trust is the greatest reward for our dedication to quality.

🧧 春節機台停機保養守則 🧧

轉眼間又要迎接農曆新年了！為了確保您的愛機在長假後能維持最佳狀態，避免年後開工發生油路阻塞或電控異常，奕達精機特別整理了這份保養清單：
​
五大保養秘訣，讓您五福臨門、開工不卡關：
​
1. 徹底清潔：務必清除機台內殘留的切削鐵屑，也避免水分導致零件在年假期間生鏽。
​
2. 油品檢查：建議巡視滑道油與切削液狀態，必要時進行更換或排空。
​
3. 斷電確認：離開工廠前請確保總電源已關閉，保護電控元件遠離突發電壓突波。
​
4. 系統備援：趁此機會更換電池、備份重要參數。
​
5. 防鏽噴塗：在機台重要部位噴上防鏽油，給愛機最貼心的年終防護。
​
