Mother's Day is one of the most meaningful celebrations in Mexico, a day dedicated to honoring the unconditional love, strength, and dedication of mothers. In recognition of this special occasion, Minth Mexico came together to celebrate the moms who are part of our community.

The day was an opportunity to pause, express gratitude, and acknowledge the important role mothers play not only at home, but also within the workplace. Their care, resilience, and commitment shape families, teams, and communities every single day.

To make the celebration even more special, the event was accompanied by traditional mariachi music, filling the space with joy and creating a warm, festive atmosphere. The music served as a heartfelt tribute, honoring mothers in a way that reflects the deep cultural significance of Mother's Day in Mexico.

Through this celebration, Minth Mexico reaffirmed its commitment to recognizing and valuing the people who make our community stronger, celebrating the love that mothers give and the impact they have on all of us.

Minth Group successfully held its first exclusive technology exhibition at the Renault Group Technology Center in Paris, France, showcasing its core technological achievements and innovative solutions in fields such as
illuminated plastic parts, smart electric doors, and intelligent robot manufacturing and applications.

During the exhibition, a steady stream of representatives from Renault Group's senior management, purchasing, engineering, and other technical teams gathered around the Minth booth. The number of visitors to the Minth booth on that day was over 1,000, setting a new record in the history of Renault's Technical Center exhibition. The Minth team engaged in in-depth discussions with all parties, exchanging their respective technical considerations and business needs on topics including product performance, technology roadmaps, project implementation, and future collaboration. In addition, at the invitation of Renault, the Minth team held an online dedicated meeting with Renault's global purchasing team, further elaborating on the Group's Glocal strategy and the
technical strengths of its various product lines.

As one of Renault Group's core strategic suppliers, Minth has in recent years continued to deepen its joint venture partnership with Renault, achieving significant results in local development, quality improvement, and innovation-
driven collaboration. This technology exhibition not only provided a platform for Minth's innovative products to be presented directly to key client teams, but also effectively enhanced the visibility and influence of the Minth brand within Renault, injecting strong momentum into the further deepening and upgrading of their partnership.

Looking ahead, Minth Group will continue to stay customer-focused, leveraging its technical expertise and innovation capabilities in the automotive parts to

💚 Making a Difference Month at Minth Mexico This March, Minth Mexico launched their first-ever Make a Difference Month, an unforgettable and meaningful initiative featuring two campaigns: Banco de Tapitas and Ángeles de Mascotas.

🐾 Campaign 1: Banco de Tapitas In just three weeks, more than 60kg of bottle caps were collected by our employees at Minth Mexico. These caps will be recycled to support children and young people battling cancer. This initiative will continue throughout the year, and bottle cap collection points have been set up across all Minth Mexico plants.

🐶 Campaign 2: Ángeles de Mascotas Employees donated over 80kg of pet food, along with cleaning supplies and three dog houses, to shelter Ángeles de Mascotas that cares for more than 500 rescued animals. On Saturday, March 28, several employees visited the shelter to see the animals and deliver the donations.

At Minth Mexico, we believe that even small actions can create meaningful change. We remain committed to giving back to our communities and making a difference—not just in March, but every day.

Minth Group released its 2025 annual results announcement on 23 March 2026, and held a results briefing in Hong Kong on 24 March. In 2025, both the Group's revenue and earnings hit record highs, with net profit outgrowing revenue growth.

📍Minth Group Tech Day | Japan

On March 16, Minth Group successfully hosted a Tech Day at the Toyota Technical Center in Japan, showcasing our latest innovations and product capabilities in automotive components.

During the event, we presented a comprehensive lineup of products from PBU, MBU, and BBU, offering customers a closer look at our integrated solutions across structural components, metal systems, and battery-related technologies.

In addition to our local Japan team, colleagues from Thailand, the United States, and China also gathered on-site, engaging in in-depth discussions and real-time technical exchanges with customers. This fully demonstrated Minth’s strong global collaboration and cross-regional synergy.

Through live demonstrations and face-to-face interactions, we not only strengthened our partnerships with customers but also highlighted our commitment to innovation, engineering excellence, and global service capability.

On the morning of March 6, 2026 (Alabama time), Minth Group proudly held the Investment Announcement Ceremony for our new facility in Gadsden, Alabama.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who joined us on this special occasion, including many valued customers and members of the local Gadsden community. Your presence and support made this moment even more meaningful.

Surprisingly, the temperature reached 14°C on the day! 🌤️

Today we are glad to announce the official launching of our new logo. It's been 20 years since the update of our current logo, as we look forward to another 20 years, we want the new logo to represent Minth's future endeavors.

The new logo integrates the letter "M" from Minth and the letter "W" from Worldwide, symbolizing Minth's global expansion and continuous evolution. By merging the shared rhythmic essence of "M" and "W" into three continuous lines, the design represents the three pillars supporting Minth: technological strength, global network, and forward-looking momentum.
