Progress on two-story structure with lower-level parking. This foundation has 300'+ of ground beams, 17 no. 12" piles down to 15', 6 no. 4' pad footings on the lower foundation, 7 no. 3' pad footings on the stepped rear foundation, and 70' of strip footings, including a retaining wall. More updates with the retaining wall/rear foundation and lower column pour soon ........

Small upgrade in Mayaro for a long-time client. Completed aprons and slipper drains, roof repair and attic venting, guttering installation, replacement/correction of water supply lines and wastewater lines, fencing, and related miscellaneous works.
