Position: Accounts Assistant

📍 Location Requirement:
We are looking for candidates in the area of our San Fernando office. Given our 7 AM start time, this ensures a smoother commute and helps avoid delays due to traffic.
About the Role:
This key position requires integrity, confidentiality, and expertise in maintaining financial records while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Maintain accurate financial records to meet internal and external requirements.
✅ Process and authorize bills and payables before payment.
✅ Prepare bank deposits, reconcile accounts, and apply payments to invoices promptly.
✅ Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and reconciliation.
✅ Support the preparation of invoices and ensure compliance with credit terms.
✅ Assist the Group Accountant with bookkeeping, management accounts, and year-end accounts.
✅ Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Skills Needed:
✔ MUST be proficient with QuickBooks.
✔ Strong financial and organizational skills
✔ Proactive and detail-oriented
✔ Team player with excellent time management
