Our sales representatives must undergo the intensive and extensive Caterpillar Certified Sales Professional training at 3 levels: Foundation (2 years), Intermediate (1 year) and Expert (4 years), while all Service technicians are certified and trained in the full range of Cat products. Training is then continued as new technological advancements are introduced.
