The Hot Air Valve Shrinking Unit is a modern, safe, and energy-efficient solution developed to apply shrink sleeves to LPG cylinder valves. Using hot air technology, the system ensures the sleeve fits perfectly on the valve, guaranteeing full compliance with international safety standards before dispatch.
The unit is available in three models: double-head automatic, single-head automatic, and single-head manual. This allows flexible solutions tailored to different plant capacities and production requirements.
Thanks to its built-in air generator, the system produces its own hot air. A computer-controlled interface enables precise adjustment of key parameters such as resistance temperature, airflow, and generator settings. Integrated with the ADTS system, all operations are digitally monitored and reported.
With low energy consumption, the unit reduces the carbon footprint and minimizes operating costs. Certified with ATEX and CE, it fully complies with international safety regulations.
