As our shipments continue, we would like to provide further insight into the technical features and operational advantages of our machinery.

Our rug finishing machines utilize a specialized cylindrical brush integrated with a high-performance vacuum system. Positioned parallel to the rugs, this system ensures that every rug is professionally groomed and finished. Much like our dusting machines, these units feature a return-to-feed system, delivering the rugs back to the starting point.

This design offers several key strategic advantages:

Dual-Action Processing: By returning the rug to the operator, the machine combs and vacuums the fibers twice—once upon entry and again upon exit. This dual-pass process ensures superior cleaning and finishing results.

Spatial Efficiency: The front-delivery design allows the machine to be placed directly against a wall, eliminating the need for clearance at the rear and significantly optimizing your facility’s floor plan.

Reduced Labor Costs and Ergonomics: The machine is engineered for single-operator utility, removing the need for a second staff member at the rear. Furthermore, because rugs are delivered at an ergonomic height, operators can retrieve them without bending, reducing physical strain and improving workplace safety.

The loading of three carpet centrifuges for our representative in Russia has been successfully completed 🇷🇺

Our final quality control process begins long before shipment. Each machine is tested under continuous operation for a full 24 hours, allowing our engineers to monitor performance and detect any mechanical failures or overheating.

Following this endurance test, every unit undergoes a detailed final inspection to ensure full compliance with our strict quality standards. Only after engineer approval are the machines cleared for loading and shipment.

Our second shipment to Portugal this year is underway and includes our exclusive fully automatic rug finishing machine 🇵🇹 The machine was loaded along with additional supplies requested by our customer. This new finishing machine is a versatile unit, capable of performing the dusting process and replacing the need for a separate flatbed dusting machine. Given its multi-purpose functionality and anticipated demand, we plan to increase production of these units in the future.
