In the 4000 square meter closed moulding and machined part production unit, all necessary metal parts are produced with latest technology CNC metal cutting, CNC lathe, CNC drilling, CNC double column and CNC grinding machines by expert moulders using accurate testing and attentive effort. In the 3500 square meter closed metal forming unit, deep drawing and metal sheet cutting needs are tended to. During this process perfection is achieved by using eccentric presses between 40 and 300 tons and hydraulic presses between 50 and 160 tons. With the help of the fully automatic surface coating unit, an aesthetic and full quality coating is accomplished. Polyurethane and plastic products are prepared in the 1500 square meter plastic injection unit, in 250 to 2500 gram production capacity Krauss-Maffei plastic injection moulding machines, with top notch raw materials, without operators, fully automatic, with zero error, and ready for packaging and shipment. In the 4000 square meter closed rubber-metal vulcanization unit, applications are being carried out regarding rubber materials. In these units, vulcanization is done by injection moulding, transfer molding and compression moulding techniques. In Sampa, polymer compound designs are done in labs and the approved compund is produced after the formula has been allowed. Sampa labs are fully equipped, and the tests of polymer, master batch, mixed and finished products are carried out and fast tracked with high technology equipment. Production is carried out bu using CAD (Computer Aided Design), Cam (Computer Aided Manufacturing) and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Technologies. Sampa knows that customer satisfaction lies not only in the quality of the product but that it can be found at the desired time and in the desired amount.
