From Recipe to Final Product
SMARTFLOW4 transforms roasted coffee into a consistent, production-ready product through automated mixing and grinding.
Operators can select the required coffee silos and quantities directly from the control panel. The system transfers each component to the 400 kg mixer, completing every batch in just 4 minutes.
Coffee can then be processed by independent grinders for different brewing methods:
• Turkish coffee: up to 200 kg/hour
• Espresso: up to 400 kg/hour
• Filter coffee: up to 500 kg/hour
Each grind type is collected in a dedicated silo, ready for flavoring or transfer to the packaging line.
