Geleceği güçlü kılanın yalnızca bugünün performansı değil, yarının yönünü birlikte belirleyebilmek olduğuna inanıyoruz.
Bu doğrultuda, geçtiğimiz hafta EFQM yaklaşımı kapsamında AKATEK ekibi, ana iş hedeflerini yeniden değerlendirmek ve gelecek dönem yol haritasını şekillendirmek üzere bir araya geldi.
Süreç bazlı yönetim anlayışımız çerçevesinde;
🔹 hedeflerimizi değerlendirdik,
🔹 performans göstergelerimizi gözden geçirdik,
🔹 sürdürülebilir gelişim için odaklanmamız gereken alanları netleştirdik.
Çünkü sürdürülebilir başarı; yalnızca sonuçlara ulaşmaktan değil, bu sonuçları mümkün kılan süreçleri sürekli geliştirmekten geçiyor.
Birlikte düşünüyor, birlikte geliştiriyor ve geleceğe daha güçlü hazırlanıyoruz. 💛

Within the framework of our process-based management approach, we:
