یکی از انواع کمپرسورها، کمپرسور نوع لوب (Lobe Compressor) می‌باشد. در این نوع کمپرسور، گاز از ناحیه ورودی (Suction) وارد دستگاه شده و به‌واسطه حرکت چرخشی لوب‌ها که توسط الکتروموتور و در جهت عکس یکدیگر می‌چرخند، گاز در فضای بین روتورها و بدنه کمپرسور محبوس شده و به سمت مسیر خروجی (Discharge) رانده می‌شود. در این مسیر، به دلیل کاهش تدریجی حجم راهگاه خروجی، فشار گاز افزایش می‌یابد.

هندسه لوب‌ها به‌گونه‌ای طراحی می‌شود که در حین چرخش، کمترین فاصله مجاز (Clearance) بین لوب‌ها و همچنین بین لوب و بدنه حفظ گردد. این فاصله حداقلی نقش بسیار مهمی در راندمان کمپرسور دارد. در صورتی که به هر دلیل—از جمله سایش، خوردگی، وجود ذرات ساینده یا حمل آب و رطوبت—این گپ افزایش یابد، گاز فشرده‌شده از ناحیه فشار بالا به سمت ناحیه فشار پایین (Low Pressure) نشت کرده و باعث نشتی داخلی، کاهش دبی (Flow) و افت فشار خروجی کمپرسور خواهد شد.

در شرایطی که کمپرسور در معرض آب، رطوبت، بخارات خورنده یا ذرات ساینده قرار دارد، سطوح لوب‌ها به‌مرور دچار فرسایش، خوردگی موضعی و زبری سطح می‌شوند که این مسئله مستقیماً باعث افزایش گپ کاری و کاهش عملکرد دستگاه می‌گردد.

به همین دلیل، استفاده از پوشش‌های مهندسی‌شده برای بازسازی و حفاظت لوب‌ها اهمیت بالایی دارد. در این راستا، Belzona 1391 (Ceramic HT) به‌عنوان یک راهکار مناسب پیشنهاد می‌شود. این پوشش با دارا بودن ویژگی‌های زیر، به‌طور مؤثر از لوب‌ها محافظت می‌کند:

مقاومت بسیار بالا در برابر سایش و خوردگی

مقاومت مناسب در محیط‌های مرطوب و دارای آب یا ذرات معلق

ایجاد سطحی صاف و کم‌اصطکاک که به بهبود راندمان حجمی کمک می‌کند

امکان اجرای کنترل‌شده با ضخامت کم جهت حفظ گپ طراحی‌شده بین لوب‌ها و بدنه

چالش سایش در شوت و هاپر

شوت‌ها و هاپرها در صنایع معدنی، فولاد، سیمان و زغال‌سنگ به‌طور مداوم در معرض عبور مواد جامد با ذرات ساینده قرار دارند. این شرایط منجر به:

سایش شدید فلز پایه به‌ویژه در نقاط تغییر مسیر مواد.

نازک شدن دیواره‌ها و کاهش عمر تجهیز.

نیاز به توقف تولید و تعمیرات مکرر.

روش‌های مرسوم مانند جوشکاری و هاردفیسینگ در ابتدا کارآمد به نظر می‌رسند اما مشکلاتی اساسی دارند:

هر بار جوش، بخشی از فلز پایه را می‌سوزاند و تضعیف می‌کند.

پس از چند نوبت تعمیر، فلز پایه بیش از حد نازک یا ترک‌دار می‌شود.

تغییرات حرارتی ناشی از جوش باعث ایجاد تنش و ترک‌های ریز (microcracks) می‌گردد.

توقف طولانی‌مدت خط برای عملیات جوش و پیش‌گرم الزامی است.

راهکار بلزونا

1. Belzona 1812 (Ceramic Carbide)

اپوکسی دو جزئی پر شده با ذرات سرامیکی و کاربیدی سخت.

مقاومت سایشی بسیار بالا در برابر ذرات جامد با سرعت بالا.

قابلیت اعمال ضخامت‌دار بر روی سطوح فرسوده و بازسازی پروفیل فلز.

بدون نیاز به هات‌ورک (جوش/برش)، در نتیجه ایمن‌تر و سریع‌تر.

چسبندگی عالی به فولاد آماده‌سازی‌شده با سندبلاست.

2. Belzona 9811 (Alumina Tiles)

کاشی‌های سرامیک آلومینا با سختی بسیار بالا (HV > 1200).

مقاومت استثنایی در برابر سایش شدید و ضربه‌های ناشی از ذرات درشت.

در ترکیب با رزین‌های Belzona (مانند 1812 یا 1111) نصب و آب‌بندی می‌شوند.

ایجاد یک سطح کامپوزیتی فلز–سرامیک با طول عمر چند برابر نسبت به لاینینگ فلزی یا لاستیکی.

استراتژی تعمیر و پیشگیری

1. تعمیر بخش‌های آسیب‌دیده:

آماده‌سازی سطح با سندبلاست تا سطح فلز تمیز و زبر شود.

بازسازی دیواره‌ها با Belzona 1812 تا هندسه اولیه برگردد.

2. لاینینگ مقاوم به سایش:

در نواحی با شدت سایش متوسط: لایه ضخیم Belzona 1812.

در نقاط بحرانی (تغییر مسیر، نقاط برخورد): نصب کاشی‌های آلومینا Belzona 9811 با چسباندن به کمک Belzona 1812 یا Belzona 1111.

3. پیشگیری از آسیب‌های آتی:

ایجاد پوشش پیوسته ضدسایش در کل سطح داخلی هاپر/شوت.

کاهش دفعات توقف و حذف نیاز به جوشکاری‌های مکرر.

جلوگیری از نازک شدن و از بین رفتن فلز پایه در درازمدت.

حفظ فلز پایه: هیچ لایه‌ای از فولاد مادر حذف یا ضعیف نمی‌شود.
