Behind Every Success, There Are People Who Make It Happen 💙

Last week at RTC Coupling Technology, we had our “Shooting Day” — a special day dedicated to capturing professional headshots of our team.

What started as a simple photoshoot quickly turned into something much more: a day full of energy, laughter, and genuine moments. And one thing became very clear — everyone was incredibly photogenic, but more importantly, everyone brought their unique spirit to the day.

At RTC, we truly believe that our people are our greatest strength.

Every achievement, every innovation, and every step forward in our journey is shaped by the dedication, talent, and passion of our team.

This shooting day was not just about photos — it was about celebrating the individuals behind the brand. Each face tells a story, and each story is a valuable part of RTC’s journey.

A Meaningful Day at RTC Coupling Technology 💙

On March 26, we had the pleasure of welcoming the students and teachers of Vala Gedik Special Education School to RTC Coupling Technology.

During their visit, we guided them through our production, assembly, and management areas, sharing a glimpse of our daily operations.

Spending time with these special kids was truly inspiring. Their energy, curiosity, and genuine smiles made this day unforgettable for all of us. We were especially delighted to see them wearing the custom t-shirts we prepared, becoming a part of the RTC family for a day.

At the end of the visit, we said goodbye with small gifts and certificates, but the joy and memories they brought to our factory will stay with us much longer.

We sincerely thank them for brightening our day and for their wonderful visit.

We hope to welcome them again in the future. 💫

An evening to remember at RTC Coupling Technology ✨

Last week, we came together for a special RTC dinner — a great opportunity to step away from our daily routines and enjoy time as a team.

With instant photos capturing genuine smiles, spontaneous moments, and lots of laughter, the night quickly turned into a collection of unforgettable memories. We couldn’t resist turning these moments into a fun collage, adding a few playful notes that truly reflect the spirit of our team.

Because beyond technologies, projects, and achievements — it’s the people and the energy we share that make RTC what it is.

🚴‍♂️ We are proud to support DBL Bike Team as a chest sponsor and celebrate their impressive performance at the XVIII Volta ao Concelho de Almodôvar.

Over three demanding stages and two days of racing, the team demonstrated exceptional determination, teamwork and competitive spirit among 130 cyclists representing 31 teams.

🏆 A strong overall performance included:

🥈 2nd place in the Team General Classification
🥈 2nd place in Stage 2, after an intense sprint finish
🚴‍♂️ Multiple riders finishing in the Top 10 overall

The team showed incredible resilience, attacking the race until the very last stage while fighting for the yellow jersey.

At RTC Coupling Technology, we are proud to support athletes who share the same values that drive our company: performance, teamwork and the ambition to go further.

Congratulations to the entire DBL Bike team for this outstanding achievement.

We look forward to many more kilometers together. 💙

🌱 A Thoughtful Step in Our Sustainability Journey

As part of our efforts to reduce our environmental impact, we have introduced an update to our packaging.
We are now using packaging that includes recycled plastic, helping used materials re-enter the production cycle instead of becoming waste.

What appears to be a small operational choice for sustainability is, in fact, a reflection of our broader sustainability stance.

This approach helps to:
♻️ Reduce plastic waste by turning used plastic back into raw material, keeping it out of landfill and the environment.
🌍 Lower the need for virgin plastic and the resources needed to produce it, which otherwise requires more petroleum and high energy.
🌱 Cut the carbon footprint of our packaging, as recycled plastic generally generates fewer CO₂ emissions than virgin plastic.
🔁 Support a circular economy by keeping materials in use and promoting reuse and sustainability.

We recognise that sustainability is an ongoing journey. While recycled plastic is not a complete solution, we see it as a practical and meaningful step towards reducing waste and emissions.

We will continue to review and improve our practices as part of our commitment to a more sustainable future.
