1K (single-component) polyurethane adhesive is a polyurethane-based adhesive that is used without being mixed separately with a hardener and typically cures by reacting with ambient or surface moisture. It is particularly suitable for industrial use on wood, panels, metal and various porous surfaces.

🧐 Yapıştırıcı Neden Tutmaz? ❌

​Tüm adımları doğru yaptığınızı düşünseniz bile o yapıştırıcı bazen tutmaz. Peki ama neden? İşte en yaygın 4 hata:
​🧼 1. Yüzey Temiz Değildir: Görünmeyen toz, nem veya yağ tabakası yapıştırıcının malzemeye dokunmasını engeller. Yapıştırıcı malzemeye değil, kire yapışır!
🧪 2. Yanlış Eşleşme (Plastik Tuzağı): PP, PE veya Teflon gibi bazı plastiklerin yüzey enerjisi düşüktür. Standart yapıştırıcılar bu yüzeylerden kayıp gider; özel astar veya yapıştırıcı gerekir.
⏳ 3. Sabırsızlık (Kürlenme Süresi): Yapıştırıcının "donması" ile "tam güçlenmesi" farklıdır. Tam kuruma için genellikle 24 saat yük bindirmemek gerekir.
📐 4. Yanlış Kuvvet ve Boşluk: Hızlı yapıştırıcılar aradaki boşlukları doldurmaz, iki yüzeyin sıfıra sıfır öpüşmesi gerekir. Ayrıca yapıştırıcılar çekmeye dayanıklıdır ama "soymaya" gelmez.
​💡 Çözüm Çok Basit: Yüzeyi alkolle temizle, hafifçe zımparala, doğru yapıştırıcıyı seç ve kuruması için zaman tanı!

​🧐 Why Doesn’t the Adhesive Stick? ❌

​Even if you think you’ve followed all the steps correctly, sometimes the adhesive just won’t stick. But why? Here are the 4 most common mistakes:
​🧼 1. The Surface Isn’t Clean: Invisible dust, moisture or a film of grease prevents the adhesive from bonding with the material. The adhesive sticks to the grime, not the material!
🧪 2. Incorrect Match (The Plastic Trap): Some plastics, such as PP, PE or Teflon, have low surface energy. Standard adhesives simply slide off these surfaces; a special primer or adhesive is required.
⏳ 3. Impatience (Curing Time): There is a difference between the adhesive ‘setting’ and ‘reaching full strength’. To allow for full curing, you should generally avoid applying any load for 24 hours.
📐 4. Incorrect Pressure and Gaps: Fast-setting adhesives do not fill gaps; the two surfaces must be pressed together so that they are flush. Furthermore, adhesives are resistant to pulling but cannot withstand “peeling”.
​💡 The Solution Is Very Simple: Clean the surface with alcohol, sand it lightly, choose the right adhesive and allow time for it to set!
