Our country has an important position in this field with its high-quality and rich marble reserves. This sector plays an important role in our national economy. As the company of Davut İnşaat San.ve Tic. A.Ş., we decided to engage in the marble sector in 2007 and started marble quarry exploitation in İskenderun/Hatay under the name of Davut Marble. Our quarry is available for non-stop operation fo

r 365 days in respect of climate and working conditions. Our quarry is situated at a distance of 7 km to the center of the city and at a distance of 5 km to the train station and highway. Marble blocks of 2 different colours are produced in the quarry. They are called as Black Marble (Black Queen - Alexandrette Black) and Brown Marble (Brown Queen - Bruno Perla) and Oro Venato . Compliance reports were issued as a result of the tests performed by Çukurova University. As we know the importance of natural stones for a country, we are painstakingly producing our products thanks to our highly experienced and specialized work teams. We have the latest technological machinery, equipment and rich fixtures required for our quarry. We show due diligence and provide great contribution to the natural stone market in Turkey. We know that production and service of high quality equals to success and we implement it. Our block marble exports in the domestic and foreign markets are maintained on a continuous basis. The share of natural stones within the mining industry of Turkey is increasing day by day. Turkey has achieved an average annual growth rate of 13,6% in the last 15 years in respect of investment, production and exports in the natural stone industry and doubled the average growth rate of the world. We are aware that marble reflects the characteristics and beauties of the country in which it is exploited and we will try to become the symbol of quality in marble sector.
