Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

C’est Khady de Pamukkale Makina.

Depuis plus de 40 ans, Pamukkale Makina conçoit et fabrique en Turquie des machines industrielles de haute qualité pour la torréfaction du café et des fruits secs.

Aujourd’hui, je suis ravie de vous présenter l’un de nos torréfacteurs les plus appréciés : le KKM15. Il possède une capacité de 15 kg par lot. Selon le profil de torréfaction, il offre une capacité de production comprise entre 40 et 60 kg par heure.

Ici, vous pouvez voir la chambre de torréfaction, un échantillonneur qui vous permet de contrôler la cuisson des grains, un bac de refroidissement, un système de commande PLC et, enfin, un cyclone qui permet d’éliminer les particules générées pendant la torréfaction.

Pamukkale Makina accorde une grande importance à la satisfaction de ses clients.

For 44 years, Pamukkale Makina has been designing and manufacturing high-performance industrial nut roasting machines.

Today, after successfully completing the Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), we are preparing another machine for shipment.

Capable of processing up to 500 kg/h of sunflower seeds and 800 kg/h of peanuts, this roaster delivers outstanding efficiency, consistent quality, and reliable performance.

We are proud to see this machine heading to Poland and wish our customer great success with their new investment. 🌎 ⚡️
