🤓กระบวนการ Buffing มีขั้นตอนและเทคนิคที่หลากหลาย ซึ่งแต่ละเทคนิคจะเหมาะกับวัสดุที่แตกต่างกัน แต่ทุกคนรู้หรือไม่ว่าการ Buffing มีกี่ประเภท? อะไรบ้าง? โดยหลักๆจะมีอยู่ 2 ประเภท ได้แก่ การขัดแบบแห้ง และ การขัดแบบเปียก
1. การขัดแบบแห้ง เป็นการขัดที่ใช้แค่ล้อขัดเงาเท่านั้น จะไม่มีการใช้สารขัดเงาเข้าไปด้วย เนื่องจากใช้สำหรับทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวเบาๆและลบรอยตำหนิเล็กน้อยเท่านั้น เหมาะกับวัสดุที่ต้องการขจัดชิ้นงานออกเล็กน้อยเพื่อให้ได้ความเงาที่ต้องการ
2. การขัดเงาแบบเปียก เป็นการขัดเงาที่ใช้สารขัดเงาร่วมด้วย มีทั้งแบบน้ำและแบบครีมเพื่อทาลงบนล้อขัดเงา ซึ่งเหมาะกับการขจัดวัสดุที่หนาหรือรอยขีดข่วนที่ลึก การขัดเงาแบบเปียกจะช่วยลดความร้อนในกระบวนการทำงานเนื่องจากมีสารหล่อลื่นในการช่วย

🤓The buffing process involves various steps and techniques, each suited to different materials. But do you know how many types of buffing there are, and what they are? Broadly speaking, there are two main types: dry buffing and wet buffing.
1. Dry buffing involves using only a buffing wheel without any polishing compounds. Since it is intended solely for light surface cleaning and the removal of minor imperfections, dry buffing is suitable for materials that require only minimal material removal to achieve the desired level of gloss.
2. Wet buffing involves the use of polishing agents—available in liquid or cream forms—applied to the buffing wheel. This method is suitable for removing significant amounts of material or deep scratches. The presence of lubricants helps reduce heat generation during the process.
