NEW!!! MICROTEST 7140 Power Analyzer is designed for single-phase AC/DC power measurement and analysis. It features an exclusive Super Filter Function (High-pass / Low-pass / Band-pass), supporting a wide measurement bandwidth from DC, 0.2Hz to 100kHz with a high-speed 500kSPS sampling rate. With ±0.05% basic power accuracy, it offers precise measurements on key power parameters.

The compact unit comes with a 4.3” TFT LCD displaying both numeric and graphical data. It supports direct input up to 800V and 30A, with 100-order harmonic analysis and simultaneous integration measurement for enhanced efficiency. It supports low standby power testing with a 5mA current range and 10μW power resolution. Users can view waveform, bar, and trend charts, and display 4/8/16 parameters in Meter mode, including max/min monitoring. MICROTEST 6632C is designed for ESR measurement of capacitors from 10 Hz to 10 MHz, supporting performance evaluation across a wide frequency range. In Meter Mode, it provides real-time ESR readings. In Sweep Mode, it analyzes impedance (Z) and phase (θ) vs. frequency to identify the Self-Resonant Frequency (SRF), revealing high-frequency behavior.

With a built-in ±12 V DC bias, it performs direct bias sweeps for fast C-V curve plotting. The integrated dielectric constant (εr) function streamlines dielectric parameter analysis. Ideal for both R&D and production testing.
