Annual Company Merit-Making Ceremony 2025
On the auspicious occasion of the Thai New Year, our organization came together to celebrate our Annual Company Merit-Making Ceremony 2025—a heartfelt gathering that reflects our respect for Thai traditions, unity, and gratitude. The event was held on April 10th.
The event began with a solemn and spiritual Buddhist prayer and chanting session, where nine revered monks were invited to bless the company and its employees. Through offerings and prayers, we paid homage to the teachings of Buddhism, seeking prosperity, well-being, and harmony for the organization and all team members in the coming year.
Following the religious rites, we embraced the time-honored Thai tradition of “Rod Nam Dam Hua”, a respectful water-pouring ceremony to express gratitude and ask blessings from our senior staff and executives. In this gentle and moving ritual, younger employees poured scented water onto the hands of their respected seniors, receiving kind words, guidance, and encouragement in return. It was a powerful moment of humility, respect, and connection between generations.
The celebration also included team-building activities filled with fun and laughter, promoting stronger bonds among colleagues. Clad in colorful Songkran shirts, everyone participated with joy and enthusiasm, reflecting the vibrant spirit of Thai culture and the unity of our company.
This annual event not only honors Thailand’s rich cultural heritage, but also strengthens the foundation of our organizational values—respect, compassion, and togetherness. It was a day of spiritual fulfillment, emotional warmth, and renewed motivation for all.
