PG Intergroup Co., Ltd. participated in KMUTNB Open House 2025
on November 7–8, 2025, from 08:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.
at TGGS Building, 10th Floor, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok.

We showcased dSPACE solutions, featuring:

🔹Battery Management System (BMS) Simulation using dSPACE solutions, including ASM Battery Model and HIL testing with SCALEXIO and ControlDesk, to emulate real battery behavior and validate BMS algorithms

🔹Automotive Sensor and Driving Environment Simulation using dSPACE AURELION together with the Sensor Simulation Framework and SCALEXIO Real-Time System, enabling realistic 3D sensor data and ECU-in-the-loop testing for ADAS and autonomous driving applications.

🚛 Steering system validation enters a new era – powered by dSPACE.

We’re proud to supply our first mechatronic test bench for steering systems in heavy duty trucks – not just electronically, but mechanically.

💪The standout feature? A high-performance electric linear actuator applies road-side steering forces up to 100kN, enabling Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing on a mechanical level.

This allows OEMs and Tier 1s to simulate real-world driving conditions with precision – long before the vehicle hits the road. A major step toward faster, safer, and more efficient development.

📍 Next stop: On-site system setup at our customer.
And this is just the beginning – we’ll be sharing deeper technical insights in future publications.
